Do I need to verify my identity?
No. You sign up with a username, an email and a password. We don't ask for a phone number, ID or card.
Which numbers can I send to?
US numbers. Enter them with or without the +1 country code; numbers without it get the 1 added automatically.
Is there an API?
No. Everything runs from the dashboard: upload your numbers, write your templates and press start. No code needed.
How fast do messages go out?
Our team picks up waiting lists and sends them. You can follow every number live as it moves from Waiting to Sending to Delivered.
When does my top-up show up?
After you submit the transaction hash, our team checks the transfer on the blockchain and credits your balance. You can follow the status on your Payment history page.
What happens when my balance runs out?
We only start a list your balance covers in full. Your numbers stay waiting, and go out once your next top-up is credited.
Do I get delivery reports?
Your dashboard shows each number as waiting, sending, delivered or failed. Delivered means our team has sent it out; per-message carrier receipts aren't available.
What can't I send?
Spam, phishing, scams and anything illegal. Accounts that send them are closed and their balance is not refunded.
I forgot my password. What now?
Press Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email you a link to choose a new one. Still stuck? Message our support on Telegram.
